The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for helping the store manager in the overall store performance, financial and operational, by overseeing the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through expense control.

Responsibilities:
Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals Conducting regular inventories Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline Maintaining a safe and clean store Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements:
3 or more years management experience required 5 or more years tire sales/service experience strongly preferred Tire Sales and Service Knowledge required Excellent Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Valid Drivers License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards If you are a service manager, tire salesperson, an experienced commercial tire technician or experienced mechanic with management experience then this is the role for you.
