Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPosition SummaryThe Technical Program Manager drives complex initiatives associated with our 5G Wireless network.
They work with architects and engineers to create and drive new products, services and technology.
They mentor project managers and create project plans and status in accordance with DISH standards.
They bring together cross-functional internal and vendor resources to deliver on project objectives.
They also communicate project status in multiple forums to all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities Partner with internal and vendor architects and technical resources to design and document solutions Develop the program strategy for the 5G Waves and align to key business targets Engage, problem solves, and communicates across the enterprise to drive successful program initiatives Work cross-functionally through the technical, business, and operational aspects of the program Establish and advocate for the overall integrated schedule that aligns with the requirements from the cross-functional team Partner with management, other program managers, technical leads, and business partners to develop achievable completion dates and prioritize projects Conduct financial review across the program and advocate for funding for business cases with critical need Anticipate resource needs based on program schedules and expected throughput Collaborates with team leads to develop resource requests, as needed Conducts frequent program reviews with executive sponsors and business partners Quickly escalate issues to partnering business groups or departments where support is needed and track for resolution and completion Manages team dynamics across the program while providing coaching to fellow program managers Determines appropriate methodologies and tools, ensuring program fit Oversees reporting requirements, and creates monitoring and control mechanisms Skills, Experience and Requirements Familiar with 5G Wireless ORAN technology Capable of assessing network architectural diagrams Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Project or Program Management or relevant degree PMP Certification preferred Relevant Masters degree preferred 5-7 years in a project, program, or delivery management role Ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization Ability to coach program managers that directly report into your organization Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with senior level executives Ability to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of the program and summarize underlining projects Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensus Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to share complex findings in an easy to understand presentation Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives Ability to facilitate solutions in a complex business environment and able to adapt quickly to change Salary Range Compensation:
$83,950.
00/Year - $119,900.
