POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Design instructional activities and assessments aligned to the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) provided by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE).__
Qualifications:
Must possess or qualify for Colorado teaching certificate/license with an elementary education endorsement.
Must be knowledgeable about Positive Behavior Intervention Supports for students.
Must possess efficient and strong technology skills.
Must possess knowledge of cultural diversity.
Desire bilingual ability in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Perform at a professional level in all areas of teaching instructional management, inter-personal relationships, professional and general responsibilities.
Demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and student affective development.
Work with a team of teachers in an interdisciplinary approach.
Be an effective communicator with staff, students, parents and the community at large in support of educational programs.
Support the ongoing development and implementation of the district''s standards based on educational programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
