Great opportunity for an HR Pro! Our client (a rapidly growing organization in Commerce City, Colorado) has an immediate opening for an HR Manager. We are seeking a polished, professional HR Manager with a strong generalist background and outstanding communication skills. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Must have experience in transportation industry.Essential Skills & Responsibilities Partners with management in developing and aligning HR strategy with overall business strategy Develops policy, directs, coordinates and carries out human resources activities Ensures HR policies are consistent with and support the organizations mission Recommends and oversees the organizations benefit and total reward programs Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and selection of candidates to ensure leadership continuity and continued supply of high quality employees for organization Leads and educates management in the performance management system, ensuring both training and compliance occur Provides information, resources and assistance to employees on all HR related matters, organization policies, procedures, etc. Functions as SME for management team for explanation and resolution of employee relation issues Coordinates with and supports Safety ManagerQualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related program Strong Generalist/HR Manager background (minimum 5 to 7 years), with 2 3 years as HR Manager. Full functional HR expertise, i.e. Employee Relations, Staffing, Training, Performance Management, Benefits/Compensation Strong employment law knowledge Supervisory and leadership experience Excellent written and verbal communications PHR or SPHR accreditation Proficient computer application skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities; maintain confidentiality; provide exemplary organization skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
