Accounts Payable Specialist - Commerce City, CO - Contract
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our clients in Commerce City.
Company Profile:
Very established construction company that has been in business for over 20 years.
Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for all A/P functions in the corporate office. This is a full-cycle accounts payable role in a high-volume office. Daily duties would include:
Timely payment and posting of supplier invoices, check requests
Establishment of Use Tax, Purchase Orders and coding stamp for business units
Set up and input new vendors into system
Prepare entries and reconciling AP activity for the general ledger
Submit Use Tax returns
Background Profile:
HS Diploma required - College degree highly preferred
2-3 years of AP Experience - preferably within construction industry

years of Use Tax experience
Experience using ViewPoint HUGE plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Works well in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
